You can buy a Parkmuseerne ticket at any of the six Park Museums and at the tourist information Copenhagen Visitor Service on Vesterbrogade 4B which is located just opposite the Tivoli Gardens. You may also buy your ticket online in the webshop of the Park Museums, please see https://www.parkmuseerne.dk/en/billet.

Your ticket gives you access to one visit at each of the six Park Museums and in the Palm House in the Botanical Garden as well.

Your ticket is valid for a year from the day of you first visit to one of the museums.

The ticket is a multiple-use ticket with a QR code which will be scanned at each of your museum visits. You can visit each of the six museums as well as the Palm House in the Botanical Garden once during the year in which the ticket is valid.

You can buy gift tickets at each of the Park Museums. The gift ticket is valid for one year from the day of the first visit. The gift ticket is delivered in a gift ticket holder in an envelope. You can also purchase the gift ticket online - just check the "Do you want the ticket shipped" box in the purchase flow, and the ticket will be forwarded by post (QuickBrev, 65 DKK) in a gift ticket holder.

No – because five out of the six museums offer free admission to all visitors under the age of 18. Only the Natural History Museum Denmark has a children's admission fee, which is currently 50 DKK.

If you have ordered them per post, they will be sent within a few days with PostNord/QuickLetter. Tickets The ticket's QR code is scanned with the museums' ticket scanners in the ticket sales. Tickets are valid for one year from the first museum visit. The tickets are not personal. On presentation of the Park Museums ticket, you can get a 10% discount on purchases in the six Park Museums’ museum shops. 4) Secure payment The Park Museums’ webshop guarantees that it is safe to shop online with us. We use the security protocol SSL (Secure Socket Layer), which ensures that your payment information during the ordering process is encrypted and illegible by others. The information you submit when paying is always protected during the transfer from your own computer. You can see that encryption is active when a yellow padlock appears in the bottom right corner of your Internet browser. 5) Right of return and cancellation You have the right to cancel the purchase without reason within 14 days. In order to cancel the purchase, the ticket must not be activated and used. The 14 days period starts the day on which the purchase is completed. To exercise the right of cancellation, you must notify us in an unequivocal statement (e.g. by letter or e-mail).
